Overview
Teams select a single customer task such as ordering, pickup or returns and observe where it fails. The challenge focuses on assisted onboarding, clear status communication and a small merchant trial with concrete completion measures. The sample cohort includes 15 teams, a weekly working session and fortnightly mentor office hours. Selection is illustrated through a short application, an evidence review and a founder conversation. Fictional demo program: no real admission, grant, mentor booking or external application is offered.
